Pay per click

Paid clicks, managed daily.

Most underperforming accounts are not badly targeted — they are unattended. Campaigns get structured properly, tracking goes live before the first rupee is spent, and waste gets cut every single day.

How it runs

  • Account in your name
  • Tracking live before launch
  • Proper campaign structure
  • Negative keywords from day one
  • Search terms checked daily
  • Landing page built to match
  • Flat fee, not % of spend
  • Weekly written report
No minimum ad budget You own the account Managed every day
Spending on ads but not getting calls? Free Account Audit

Two costs, always quoted separately. The ad spend goes to Google or Meta and is paid by you, from your own card, into your own account. The management fee is mine and it is a flat number — never a percentage of spend, because that rewards spending more rather than performing better.

01 Campaign types

Six ways to buy attention.

Running all six from day one is the single most reliable way to waste a budget. Nearly every business should start with the first one.

Search

Text ads against what people type. The highest intent traffic money can buy, because the person has already decided they want it — start here.

Display

Banner placements across millions of sites. Cheap reach, low intent. Useful for awareness and dangerous as a first campaign.

Remarketing

Following people who already visited. Usually the cheapest conversions in the account, because you are talking to a warm audience.

YouTube

Video pre-roll and in-feed. Excellent for explaining something complicated, poor for immediate enquiries unless retargeting.

Shopping

Product listings with image and price, for e-commerce. Driven by a clean product feed more than by clever bidding.

Meta paid social

Facebook, Instagram and click-to-WhatsApp. Creates demand rather than catching it — a different job from search.

02 The daily work

What “managed” actually means.

Most accounts are set up once and then left. This is the list that separates a managed account from an abandoned one.

Search terms report
What people actually typed, as opposed to what you bid on. Irrelevant terms get added as negatives before they drain another day’s budget.
Spend pacing
Is the budget being consumed by 11am, or not spending at all? Both mean something is wrong with bids, targeting or the schedule.
Conversion sanity check
Are enquiries actually arriving in your inbox, and does the number in the ad platform match? A broken tag makes every other decision wrong.
Ad and keyword pruning
Weak ads paused, strong ones expanded, and keywords that spend without converting cut. Small, frequent edits beat large monthly overhauls.
Landing page checks
Page still loading fast, form still submitting, WhatsApp still opening. Ads pointed at a broken page waste money silently.
Competitor movement
Auction insights — who has entered, who is bidding harder, and whether your cost per click moved because of it rather than because of you.

03 Budget

How much should you spend?

There is no universal answer, but there is a sane way to arrive at yours — and it starts from what a customer is worth, not from a round number.

Work backwards

  • What is a customer worth? Not one sale — the whole relationship.
  • How many enquiries become customers? One in three? One in ten?
  • So what can an enquiry cost? That is your target cost per lead.
  • How many do you want a month? Multiply. That is your budget.
  • Then test it. The first few weeks tell you whether the maths holds.

What I won’t do with it

  • Charge a percentage of your ad spend
  • Run the account under my own billing so you cannot leave
  • Set a minimum budget you don’t need
  • Launch before conversion tracking is verified working
  • Report on clicks and impressions instead of enquiries
