Privacy policy.
Short version: I collect only what you type into an enquiry form, I use it only to reply to you, and I never sell or share it.

What I collect
Only two categories of information:
- What you submit. When you use an enquiry form on this site, you send your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and any message you write. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal data.
- Basic technical data. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type and referring source. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
The enquiry form also carries a hidden field designed to catch automated spam bots. Real visitors never see or fill it, and submissions that do are silently discarded.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
- To keep a record of the conversation while a project is running.
- To understand which pages and channels bring genuine enquiries, so the site can be improved.
That is the complete list. Your details are not added to a newsletter, entered into an automated drip sequence, or used to advertise to you elsewhere unless you have separately asked for that.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is emailed directly to me. It is not sold, rented, traded or passed to any third party for their own marketing.
The only companies that touch data through this site are:
- The web host that serves these pages and delivers the enquiry email.
- Google, for analytics and, where you clicked an ad, conversion measurement. Google’s own privacy terms apply to that data.
- Meta, only where you arrived from or interacted with a Facebook or Instagram advertisement.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to start a chat. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Information may also be disclosed where I am legally required to do so under Indian law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. Analytics and, where used, advertising platform tags may set cookies in your browser to measure visits and conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work normally.
Enquiry forms record which page and campaign the enquiry came from. That is used to understand which marketing works, not to build a profile of you.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as there is a reasonable business reason — typically while a project is live and for a period afterwards for reference and accounting. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, the record is kept only as long as it might reasonably be needed, and you can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
You can, at any time and free of charge:
- Ask what information I hold about you.
- Ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong.
- Ask for it to be deleted.
- Ask me to stop contacting you.
Email digitalasifali@gmail.com and it will be actioned. No form to fill in and no reason required.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Enquiry data is not stored in a database on this website — the email is the record. No system is perfectly secure, but nothing is retained here that does not need to be.
Children
This is a business services website and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how information is used will be reflected here before they take effect.
