Real projects delivered through WebKey India, my web design and development company — a logistics operator in Delhi, a diagnostic centre in my own neighbourhood, a plotted-development builder in Jaipur, and three local service businesses that live or die on being found.
Sectors covered
No numbers you cannot check. You will not find “traffic up 340%” on this page. Where a result is not something I can put in front of you and prove, it is described in plain words instead of dressed up as a statistic. Every website linked below is live — open them.
01 The work
Each one covers the same four things: what the business needed, how the site and the marketing were structured, what actually shipped, and what changed as a result.

The same trips sold twice — ₹299 on a shared bus or ₹1,999 in a private car. Two buyers, two budgets, and one account that had to stop them bidding against each other.

Tempo travellers from 9 to 26 seats. Nobody searches for “tempo traveller” — they search for the exact seat count their group needs, which makes the fleet the campaign structure.

Television repair is not one search — it fragments by screen type, by brand and by locality. One page was trying to catch all of it.

An aesthetic clinic with a long treatment menu, where the visitor rarely knows the clinical name of what they want — and where the only conversion that matters is a booked appointment.

Screenshots of real Google Search ads from accounts I have run. Click any one to see it full size — the copy, the extensions and the structure are all visible.
03 The pattern
Six different industries, one repeated approach — because the thing that breaks is nearly always the same thing.
A procurement manager booking a 40ft trailer and a mother booking a blood test need completely different pages. The buyer decides the structure.
Every page is planned backwards from a call, a form or a WhatsApp message. Pages that try to do four things convert on none of them.
People do not search for “services”. They search for their brand, their screen size, their locality. Each of those deserves its own page.
In India most enquiries are a tap, not a form. Click-to-call and click-to-WhatsApp sit on every screen, and both are tracked.
Most traffic arrives on a mid-priced Android over mobile data. That is the case the build is optimised for first, not an office desktop.
Domain, hosting, files, ad accounts and analytics stay in the client’s name. Nothing is held as leverage.
