Case Studies
All ten written up in full, with live links.
OpenTen projects · Every one linked live
The simplest way to judge a supplier is to look at what they built and decide for yourself. That is harder to do when the portfolio is screenshots, so everything on this site links out.
Short answer
The client work shown on this site was delivered through WebKey India, Asif Ali’s web design and development company. It covers travel and tourism, real estate, healthcare and diagnostics, logistics, home services, electronics repair, vehicle rental and aesthetic clinics, largely across Delhi NCR and Jaipur.
Four details. A real reply the same day, from me.
01 The premise
The standard agency client page is a grid of logos, and it is close to meaningless. A logo does not tell you what was built, whether it worked, or whether the relationship lasted beyond one invoice. It is also the easiest thing on a website to add without permission.
This site does the opposite: fewer clients, described in detail, each linking to the live site so you can look at the actual work. If a project is listed here, it exists, it is live, and you can open it in the next tab and judge the standard yourself.
What you will not find is a percentage. No traffic increases, no revenue figures, no conversion improvements. Not because the work did not produce results, but because I cannot show you an audited source for those numbers and publishing them unsourced would make everything else on this site less believable.
02 Sectors
Every project is written up as a case study with the brief, the approach and what shipped.
03 References
If you are seriously considering an engagement, the most useful reference is a conversation with somebody I have worked for. I will arrange that on request, for a genuine enquiry, with their permission.
That is a slower and more awkward offer than publishing a wall of five-star quotes, and it is considerably more useful to you. A written testimonial can be anything. A ten minute phone call with somebody who paid me cannot.
It is not offered for casual enquiries, because it costs a client their time. Once we have had a first conversation and the project is real, ask and I will arrange it.
Free consultation
Every project on this site links to the live site it produced. Look at three of them, then tell me what you are trying to build and I will tell you whether it is something I can do well.

Open— Questions
Straight answers, including the ones that cost me work. If yours is not here, ask it — I reply the same day.
Yes — every case study links to the live site. That is deliberate. Screenshots can be styled and cropped; a live site can be opened, tested on a phone and judged for speed by anyone.
Because a logo grid tells you nothing about what was built or whether it worked, and it is the easiest thing on a site to add without permission. Fewer projects described in detail, each linked live, is more useful evidence.
Yes, for a genuine enquiry, with the client’s permission. It is not offered for casual browsing because it costs somebody their time. After a first conversation, ask and I will arrange it.
Because I cannot show you an audited source for them. Unsourced percentages are the industry norm and they make everything around them less believable. What I can show you is what was built and why, and the live site.
Not in the same city for the same service. If I am running campaigns for a diagnostic centre in one area I will not take a direct competitor there. Any conflict is disclosed before we start rather than after.
Both, in the sense that WebKey India is my company and I did the work. The distinction is administrative. Whichever route you engage through, I am the person on the call and doing the build.
Free consultation · No obligation
Open three of the case studies and the sites they link to. Then tell me what you are building and I will tell you honestly whether it is something I can do well.
