Practically it makes little difference — I am the person doing the work either way. The company route suits projects needing more than one pair of hands, or a more formal contracting arrangement. I will tell you which fits your project.

Both, because the company is mine and I did the work. Stating that clearly matters, because presenting another agency’s portfolio as your own is common enough in this market that the distinction is worth making explicit.

It is how additional hands are brought in when a project genuinely needs them. For most engagements I am doing the work directly. What I will not do is quietly subcontract a project you believed I was building.
