01 Who you are hiring
The person you would actually deal with.
No stock photography and no team page. If we work together, this is who is on the call, designing the pages and writing the code.
02 The short version
One person, the whole funnel.
Most businesses lose money in the gap between the website and the campaign. The site is built by one supplier, the ads are run by another, and neither is accountable when the traffic arrives and nothing happens. Each can point at the other, honestly, and the business pays for both.
I close that gap by owning both ends of it. The person choosing the heading structure is the person who will optimise it for search. The person writing the ad is the person who built the page it points at. That is not a claim about talent — it is a structural advantage, and it removes an entire category of problem.
The trade-off is honest and worth stating early: one person is not a factory. I take a limited number of projects at a time. If your work needs six people running in parallel to hit a fixed date, I am the wrong choice, and I will tell you that on the first call rather than after you have signed something.

04 Belief system
The belief system that decides what I take on.
Eight lines that determine how I quote, what I refuse, and when I tell a client not to spend the money yet.
How I work
- Pursue passions, not paychecks. It is why I will talk you out of work that will not help you.
- Care about the customer. Yours, not just mine. Most of my recommendations are about the person on the other end of your funnel.
- Be crafty, lovable, systematic and hungry. In that order, most days.
- Open your blinds before you sleep. Start the next day already facing outwards.
- Invest in ideas that matter. Which is a filter on the work as much as on anything else.
- Do not take yourself too seriously. It makes disagreement about a design considerably easier.
- Read every day, and a lot. This field changes quarterly. Anyone not reading is quietly working from an old map.
- Be lazy and dumb. Do the simple thing that works before the clever thing that impresses.
05 WebKey India
The company, and why it matters here.
WebKey India is my web design and development company in New Delhi. It is where the client projects shown on this site were built — from a Jaipur plotted-development portal to a diagnostic centre three streets from my own office.
The distinction between the freelance work and the company work is mostly administrative. Whether you engage me directly or through WebKey India, I am the person on the call and the person doing the work. Where a project genuinely needs more hands than I have, the company is how that happens, and I will tell you when that is the case.
It also means the case studies on this site are genuinely mine to describe. I do not publish other agencies’ work, and I do not publish numbers I cannot show you. Every case study links to the live site so you can judge it yourself rather than take my word for it.

Yes, and it happens regularly. A business with a broken Google profile does not need an advertising budget yet. A business whose enquiries go unanswered for a day does not need more enquiries. Saying so costs me work and it is the correct advice.
