Real estate

Selling land to someone who has never met you.

Plotted developments across five Rajasthan cities, sold to buyers who need to trust a builder before they will part with a registration — including NRI buyers who will never walk into the Jaipur office.

The brief

Land is the highest-trust purchase most Indian families ever make, and plotted development is the version of it with the most horror stories attached. A buyer’s first question is never “how big is the plot”. It is “are these people real, and will my registry actually happen”.

Pink City sells residential plots, beegha land, commercial property, agricultural land, villas and apartments across Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota and Bikaner, under named projects — Sun City, Golden City, Sky City. The website had to carry a trust load that a brochure site simply cannot.

  • Establish legitimacy before anything is asked of the visitor
  • Present three named projects without them blurring into each other
  • Handle a registration flow, not just an enquiry form
  • Answer the NRI questions that otherwise become a phone call at 2am
02

The approach

Trust was treated as the primary design problem, not as a testimonials section bolted on at the end. Every project got its own detail — plot sizes, pricing structure, location — because vagueness in real estate reads as evasion. Payment terms, including the EMI options and the “25% now” structure, were stated openly rather than left for a salesperson to reveal.

The FAQ section was written from the questions that actually get asked: registration status, whether NRIs can invest, and what legal support is provided. Those three answers do more selling than any amount of adjective-heavy copy about “premium living”.

Because the conversion here is a registration rather than a quote request, an online registration flow was built — a real form with validation and a database behind it, not a mailto link.

  • Project-level pages. Sun City, Golden City and Sky City each with plot sizes and pricing.
  • Payment terms published. EMI options and the instalment structure stated up front.
  • NRI questions answered. A dedicated FAQ covering investment, registry and legal support.
  • Registration portal. A PHP and MySQL flow that captures and stores applications properly.
  • City-level testimonials. Reviews shown against the city they came from, because a Kota buyer trusts a Kota buyer.

What shipped

  • A Core PHP and MySQL build — dynamic project data, not hard-coded pages
  • Featured project showcase with plot sizes, pricing and location detail
  • Online registration portal with server-side validation and stored applications
  • “Why choose us” section built on concrete benefits, not slogans
  • FAQ covering registration status, NRI investment and legal support
  • Testimonials segmented by city across the Rajasthan markets served
  • Phone, WhatsApp, email and physical office address on every page

What changed

The site now answers the trust question before the sales question. A buyer arriving from a search can see which project, what size, what it costs, how payment works, and what happens legally — without speaking to anyone. By the time they register, the conversation is about choosing a plot rather than establishing that the company exists.

For the NRI segment that matters even more. Somebody in Dubai considering a plot in Jaipur cannot drop in to the office, so the site is the entire relationship until the registry. Publishing the payment structure and the legal position is what makes that possible.

Project names, plot pricing and payment terms are the client’s own, published on their live site. Nothing about sales volume or returns is claimed here — see for yourself.
